We start with the best materials available. We use 100% virgin (non-recycled) vinyl. It is sourced from North American suppliers, based in Pennsylvania and Toronto, and has been pre-treated with biocides, algaecides, UV inhibitors and other protectants.
We take durability seriously. Every pool liner we make has a 28 mil wall. While there are other pool liner manufacturers who offer these thick walls on some products, ours is the only company whose entire inventory can boast of these thicker walls – and this means additional safety, durability and a better fit and look. We use RF technology to weld our liners and use a 1” inch bar. While RF technology is common for pool liner manufacturing, most companies use a ¼” or ½” bar and this means there is usually a ridge on either side of the seam. This ridge becomes a magnet for dirt and residue and there is also the more serious concern that the liner tends to be thinner and weaker at this point. With our 1” bar welding we eliminate both the weakness and the potential unsightliness!
