Helping You Pick a Dealer
Unfortunately, installing a liner, without substantial training, is a very bad idea. Fortunately there are plenty of very skilled people out there that make a living out of it. Hopefully, we can help you find that perfect "someone".
Of course all of our dealers are perfect, but you probably (and should) have at least a few liner installers courting you. Here's what to look out for:
Beware of the Cheap Guy
Not all liner installs are easy and flawless. What you need to ask yourself is, "does this guy have the resources to deal with a problem, or would he/she hang me out to dry?"
On the other hand, there are a few dealers who practically give liners away, and I'd trust them with my first born. But they're the exception to the rule.
What Are You Paying For?
Always take a close look at what you are paying for. Some dealers may be quoting you on a price that includes re-trowling the bottom, foaming the walls and various things. The cheap guy may wait until the contract is signed, and the old liner is torn out before he tells you that you need the bottom re-trowled.
Also—what thickness of liner are you paying for? Do you really need a 40mil liner? Is a 20mil wall thick enough?
Reputation
Look them up online! There's a ton of "write a review" websites out there.
Referrals
The best way to find a dealer is to have one referred to you by a friend.
